Privacy policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026. Ink Blink Think is operated by Gamercury, an independent single-person game business. Contact us at gamercury.studio@gmail.com. The service is intended for players aged 13 and over, not children under 13.

Data we process

We process account identifiers, display names, room activity, chat and drawings, gameplay statistics, reports and blocks, connection logs (including IP addresses), advertising consent, and Google Play purchase status when purchases are available. Linking Google provides an account identifier, email and basic profile information; we never receive your Google password. Age checks store only a teen/adult group on your device, not your date of birth. Payment-card details are handled by Google Play and are not stored by Ink Blink Think.

On the web version, our self-hosted analytics service at analytics.trugraph.io processes page URLs and titles, referrers, screen dimensions, browser language, and ordinary connection information to measure visits and improve the game. The analytics script does not set a persistent visitor cookie or identify a signed-in player unless we explicitly add account identification in the future.

Why and retention

Data is used to operate multiplayer rooms, prevent abuse, restore purchases, calculate achievements, and keep the service reliable. Room participants see player names, drawings, guesses and scores; public-room titles can be seen in the public directory. Do not share private information in rooms. Temporary rooms are cleared after inactivity by maintenance. Accounts remain until deletion; reports include a snapshot of relevant room content for abuse investigation. We do not sell game account information. Our VPS infrastructure and Google services process data needed to provide their respective features.

Advertising and choices

The Android app uses Google Mobile Ads after requesting any consent required in the player's region and only for players who confirm they are adults. Teenagers and players with unknown ages do not initialize ads. Google may process device/advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostics when ads are enabled. Players can reopen Ad privacy choices from Home. No ad is required to join or finish a game. Google Play Games achievements and leaderboards are governed additionally by your Google account settings and Google's privacy policy.

Your controls

Players can report and block other players, leave rooms, and ask the host to remove abusive players. Reports are available only to the operator, not other players. Use Account & privacy in Android or our account deletion page to delete your game account or request deletion without the app. Deletion removes live account records, owned rooms and associated game content; it does not delete your Google account or cancel Google Play subscriptions. Email support for data access, correction, deletion assistance or privacy concerns. Google retains records under its own policies.
